If you haven’t already we encourage you to create an account so that you can access your order history, invoices and retrieve your downloads. Instructions on how to do this is listed below.

This enables you to access your invoices, downloads and order history.
We encourage you to change your password ASAP, to something that is easy for you to remember.
To do this, log into your account here

Then click on Account details to change/update your password.
Order Confirmation
Within the next 30 mins you will receive an email confirming your order. Please note that this will not include an invoice or your downloads. You will need to log into your account for these.

Tracking Details
We always try and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Once your order is with Australia Post, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
