 If you are wanting your order urgently (especially those in WA) we strongly suggest you choose Express to avoid disappointment.

Please double check that your shipping address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.

Promotions

On promotions, coupon codes and offers there is strictly no exchange for colours, where we choose randomly, or refunds. We reserve the right to cease any promotion, coupon codes or special offers at any time.

It is your responsibility at checkout to double check that the Code is there before paying. Remember these are special offers and any changes take time to administrate and we may of already picked and posted.

We despatch orders daily and aim to post your order within 1 business day of receiving it

We send our orders from our metro Melbourne headquarters, so if you live in VIC, NSW or SA, in most cases you will receive your order within 2 to 5 business days. If you live in a regional area or WA/NT, please allow up to 8 business days to receive your order. We post all orders via Australia Post.

If you require your order within a shorter timeframe, please choose the Express Post option at the checkout. Express Post is available for a small additional charge and your order will usually arrive within 1 to 2 business days of us posting it to you (read more about Australia Post’s Express Post Guarantee here).

For international customers

We are currenlty shipping to Ireland, UK, Canada, US and New Zealand. Each is a flat rate of $25.

We send all parcels via Express Post.

Please note we are not responsible for any additional customs or courier charges once the parcel leaves our warehouse. We cover the cost of shipment, but do not cover any country specific Custom checks, Import Duties, or Clearance Certificates required for your specific country.

Postage for bulk, fundraising & wholesale orders

Wholesale: We will post your products to any Australian address for a flat rate of AU$30, which includes an Express Post bag with tracking.

For International Stockists, this will be calculated by weight and destination. 

Fundraising & School Bulk Buys is a flat rate of $15 Express Post.

For bulk, wholesale and fundraising orders for international addresses, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Returns & Refunds

Returning products to us

You must notify us in writing of any product that is found to be faulty or not as advertised within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving it.

Claims for refunds made outside of these time periods may be declined by us, subject to relevant legislation. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned product prior to offering a refund. This may result in the refund being refused, subject to relevant legislation.

You will be entitled to a refund where we are required to do so under any relevant legislation. In most cases, this legislation is the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

Please note, refunds will not be provided in the event you change your mind.

Delivery/Return Charges

If you are entitled to a refund, you will be entitled to a refund equal to the cost of the product only, excluding delivery and return charges. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return deliveries. We therefore recommend that you return the product via Registered Post so you have proof of dispatch and delivery.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, after assessing the condition of the returned product and its packaging, you will receive notification confirming your refund has been approved. We endeavour to process refunds within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, via the same payment method used to purchase the product. Please contact us if you have not received this within 14 days.
